Green Smoothie 4 Oranges, 1 bunch of Spinach, Frozen Banana Blend all ingredientstogether in a blender and enjoy!
Chocolate Smoothie 1 Cup Soaked* Almond + 2 Cups Water, 2 Teaspoons (heaped) Cacao, 1 Tablespoon Agave (or dates), Vanilla Pod. Blend the soaked almonds and water together and then, using a nut bag or strainer, separate the almond pulp from its mylk. Pour the mylk back in to your blender and add your Troo Food Cacao and Troo Food agave syrup (you can also use dates to sweeten your smoothies, just make sure you blend them very well or you get bits floating around!) Finally scrape half a Vanilla pod into the mix and blend into a smooth mylky smoothie. The cacao is best served as cold as possible so either use water from the fridge or leave in the freezer for ten minutes. *Almond soaked in water 7-8 hours

Blend Let the veggies marinate for half an hour for optimum flavor.
Sushi (per roll)
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender adding a little bit of water to help it mix. Once you have your almond paste, spread the nori sheet on a flat surface- shiny side on the outside. Spread the almond mixture till it is an inch thick and even it should almost cover half the sheet, place thinly sliced carrot, avocado, cucumber, red bell pepper, spring onion. Now roll your sushi, tucking and pulling. Use a serrated knife to cut the roll into little sushi wheels. It is important to keep the mixture even because then your roll will come out perfect!
Beetroot Ravioli 10 Beets peeled. Slice with a mandolin and marinate in a bit of olive oil, sea salt, and thyme for an hour. Pistachio Pesto
Blend all the above ingredients and mix in the rest by hand at the end.
